You'll breeze into your vacation condo with ease, starting at 4pm on your arrival date. Upon booking, we'll provide you with a unique electronic lock code, which will be exclusively yours. No need to worry about keys; simply arrive at your at your designated time and use your personalized code to access your vacation haven. This code will be activated at 4pm on the day you check in, granting you immediate entry to your beachfront paradise. And, when it's time to bid farewell to the sand and sea, rest assured that your code will remain active until 11 am on your departure date, allowing you to enjoy those last moments of tranquility.

WIFI and Television Service
We want to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible, which is why our properties come equipped with WIFI/Internet and TV service, catering to your streaming and entertainment needs. However, we'd like to provide a friendly heads-up due to our unique island location. The serene and secluded charm of island living does come with its quirks when it comes to technology. While we work diligently to ensure that these services are in goof working order before your arrival, it's important to note that they may occasionally experience unpredictability or temporary spottiness. Repair times, though rare, may also take longer than what you're accustomed to in your home area. However, this could be a golden opportunity to embrace a digital detox! Consider unplugging from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immersing yourself in the natural beauty that surrounds us!
Cancellation Policy
For new reservations, you may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, with some exceptions for last-minute-bookings. After that, cancellations made at least 30 days before your check-in date will result in a refund to your original form of payment, minus the booking fee. Reservations made through third-party platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, TripAdvisor, etc., may be subject to their terms and conditions, which may differ from those of 979 Vacation Property Services. Please refer to the site where you initially reserved your stay.
