Enjoy your next family vacation| at our oceanfront resort| home in OCEANSIDE VILLAGE|. Located in a private gated community at Surfside Beach|, SC|; the perfect area for a family of all ages.
We have a unique home that can accommodate 8 to 18 persons, ALL in beds. It features three bedrooms and two baths, plus, a living and dining room with a laundry area on the top level. The bottom level has the same layout.
The resort features plenty of entertainment for the whole family which includes both pools, numerous lakes, tennis courts, a playground, and a basketball court.

Living Room
This is the room that you will enjoy the most. Whether you are on the top level or bottom level. On the top level you will enjoy the cathedral ceilings and openness to the deck through the sliding glass door. Plus, the opportunity to be in the kitchen and still be apart of the conversation that is going on in the living room with the living room/kitchen combination. On the bottom level you will enjoy the size of the living room. The living room is nearly 25 feet long with a sliding glass patio door opening to your own private patio. Both levels feature sleeper sofas. The top level has two sleeper sofas and the bottom level has one sleeper sofa. The top level and bottom level also have a large TV and DVD/CD player. |
Kitchen
If you like to cook while you are on vacation then you are in luck! Both kitchens are great for their own reason. The top level has a center island cook top with a wrap around bar. The wrap around bar is large enough to seat four with four bar stool to go along with the wrap around bar. The top level has a built in oven and microwave which allows you to cook all of your favorite foods while on vacation. The upper level also includes a full size refrigerator.
The bottom level features custom kitchen oak cabinets and tile floors. Also, a stove with large oven, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, and a bar with two bar stools.
Each kitchen has all the cookware you could ever need which includes stainless steel pots and pans, a coffee maker, can opener, electric mixer, all your plates and silverware, glassware, and when you're done with your meal just throw your dishes in the dishwasher. |
Dining Room
Both levels feature plenty of windows in the dining room which makes dining feel like you are in a wonderful beach cafe. Open dining with a large dining table which seats a party of six. |
Master Bedroom
The master suite is a private retreat for the couple enjoying the house.
The only room on the bottom level that features a Queen-size bed, private bath with jetted tub, and a TV to complete the room.
The upper level features cathedral ceilings, a Queen-size bed, a master bath, and TV. |
Guest Room
Each level features two other bedroom. One with a full-sized bed and the other with a queen-sized bed (see pictures for more detail). |
Laundry Room
Both levels has a full sized washer and dryer with a laundry room. |
Outdoor Living Areas
The upper level features a large deck off of the living room with four Adirondack chairs and table.
The lower level features a large patio with four Adirondack chairs and table.
Plus, there is a outside shower to wash the sand off.
Both levels share a gas grill. |
Parking
Each level comes with parking for one car. Additional cars can park at the overflow parking area located at the outdoor pool. |
